Camp in the North returns 2022!
An Oasis for Living Nonviolent Communication:
Exploring | Playing | Learning
Saturday 30th July - Wednesday August 3rd
Burnlaw Centre, Northumberland
What will our time together look like?
We intend to create a community event where we collaborate together and choose how our days will unfold. The chef (Chisto) will need support with chopping and washing, there will be a pizza night in the woodfired outdoor oven, there is whisper of popcorn and watching the women’s football on a projector screen, swimming in the clear waters of the river….what else? it is a mystery to be discovered! Bring along your ideas….
We will begin our days with a morning circle and have a harvesting at the end of the day. For the booking form click HERE
There are camping and bunk bed options (extra cost). The cost includes the hire of the venue, our food costs and the chefs wages. We as a team are taking a small amount to cover our time in the planning of the event.
Please fill in the form as soon as possible and before the end of June (This will really support us as we are a small camp!) or let us know asap if you want to join us.
We imagine spending time living in NVC community where we can observe and practice NVC, cultivate our NVC consciousness whilst having fun, relaxing and connecting. We are not planning to bring any structured workshops and we may respond to requests if specific aspects of NVC come up where some structured learning would serve.
So! what are you waiting for? Join the community gathering! click HERE
To support the sustainability of the event and to help some of you to spread the cost, we ask you to pay the full amount or at least a deposit (25% of the full amount) when you book before 30th June. If you choose to pay the deposit the remaining balance is due by July 18th at the latest.
Adults £230
Two adults coming together £400
Children 13-18 £90, 8-12 £70, 0-7 £40
Bunkhouse £40 per person (including children) for the four nights
